Gh Lucky Motors is Bringing the World’s 4th Largest Car Manufacturer to Pakistan Lucky Motors The Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC) Ltd. has signed a license and technical assistance agreement with the Stellantis Group. As per the agreement, the LMC has acquired the rights to assemble, manufacture, market, distribute, and sell the group’s passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Pakistan. Stellantis Group is a massive multinational conglomerate and the world’s fourth-largest automotive manufacturer that was a result of a merger between the France-based PSA Groupe and the Italian-American Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) group.  There are 16 automobile brands that operate under the Stellantis Group — Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Mopar, Opel, Peugeot, Ram Trucks, and Vauxhall.   CAA Issues New Coronavirus Travel Advisory The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has renewed its coronavirus travel guidelines for domestic flights for the third time in two weeks. The fresh advisory, issued by the air transport wing of the CAA, has relaxed the travel SOPs as the number of active COVD-19 cases continues to decline. The previous circular had notified 26 directives for traveling on the domestic flights. The new set of SOPs mandates social distancing and wearing a face mask for passengers, crew members, and pilots. The ban on protocols within the airport premises will also continue, and people coming to see off their loved ones will not be allowed inside the domestic lounge of the airport. The planes will be disinfected before the boarding process and the crew members will be bound to use PPE kits, surgical masks, and gloves during the flight.   Official: South Africa Agrees to Tour Pakistan for a Limited Overs Series Chief Executive Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Wasim Khan, has confirmed that South Africa will tour Pakistan in January 2021. He added that Pakistan will reciprocate by visiting South Africa for a limited-overs series in March 2021 after the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2021. Pakistan’s tour to South Africa was originally scheduled in October 2020. However, it was postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Besides, Khan said that preparations for the Zimbabwe tour to Pakistan are well underway. Zimbabwe will play 3 ODIs from October 30 to November 3 at Multan and 3 T20Is from November 7 to 10 at Rawalpindi.
